Hello Cindy,
I just exercise regularly mostly at home and try to eat healthy. I love fruits so I always have fruit in my kitchen to snack on and I use dried fruits to satisfy my late night cravings. I would suggest finding some sort of cardio that you enjoy, this is really important for long therm weight loss. I hate running so for me it’s swimming and walking. Stay as active as possible and don’t just sit in front of the television; remeber this is a lifestyle change. Even a little bit of regular work goes a long way.”
